bbkkk Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bbkkk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bbkkk website, mobile web application, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, and payment facilities (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account on bbkkk, accessing any part of the platform, or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account and must cease using the platform immediately.

bbkkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bbkkk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall legal agreement between you and bbkkk.

Access to and use of bbkkk is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of bbkkk or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bbkkk or any other gambling platform in a manner that remains in effect at the time of registration.

Age Verification: bbkkk takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. All new accounts are subject to age and identity verification. Upon request, you must provide valid government-issued identification documents — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. bbkkk reserves the right to suspend an account and freeze associated funds pending completion of age verification at any point during your use of the platform.

If bbkkk determines at any time that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed, all pending bets and wagers will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method from which they originated, minus any amounts that were wagered or withdrawn prior to detection. bbkkk will not pay winnings to any player found to be under the legal age of 18.

To access bbkkk's Services, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested by the platform. You further agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if any details change.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bbkkk at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. bbkkk actively monitors for duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bbkkk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued during login. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bbkkk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify bbkkk's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bbkkk may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure while an investigation is conducted.

Account Verification (KYC)

bbkkk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any other time at bbkkk's discretion. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until the verification process is completed successfully.

All financial transactions on bbkkk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbkkk supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on bbkkk is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used. bbkkk does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider directly. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may trigger an account investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the bbkkk support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours during standard operating conditions, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements. bbkkk reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods — including BPL season fixtures and major IPL matchdays — may experience slightly extended processing times.

Anti-Money Laundering

bbkkk operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger a review. bbkkk reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline a transaction if it is flagged as potentially suspicious. Users engaged in any activity that bbkkk reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering or financial fraud will have their accounts permanently closed and the relevant information may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

bbkkk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as BPL, IPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus — any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account.

Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer specifies the eligible player group, eligible games or bet types, minimum deposit amounts, and any other conditions that must be met to qualify. bbkkk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and credited, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to govern that specific bonus instance.

Bonus Abuse

bbkkk monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, and coordinated multi-account wagering. Where bonus abuse is identified, bbkkk reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, restrict the account from future promotional eligibility, or permanently close the account.

Users of bbkkk are expected to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in games or betting markets — any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic wagering strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms or guarantee a risk-free outcome.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other interactive game available on bbkkk.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment method.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating another person to use your account — including a family member — for any purpose.

bbkkk reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a user's conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct rules. Any decision made by bbkkk in this regard is final and not subject to appeal through the platform. Users who believe an account decision was made in error may contact [email protected] to request a review, though bbkkk's final determination will stand.

bbkkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from bbkkk.
• Detection of fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wagering activity). bbkkk will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to applying the dormant account status. A dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance while it remains dormant. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bbkkk account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal verification. Accounts closed for responsible gaming or self-exclusion reasons will be processed under bbkkk's Responsible Gaming Policy.

bbkkk provides its platform and Services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not warrant that the Services will be free from errors, delays, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network conditions, and third-party service dependencies (including payment processors and game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Microgaming) may from time to time affect platform availability.

No Liability for Gambling Losses

By using bbkkk, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you wager. bbkkk is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform, whether arising from outcomes of games, sports events, or technical errors that result in a bet being placed at an unintended time or odds. You accept that you participate in all betting and gaming activity at your own risk.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, game software failures, or incorrect odds display — bbkkk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant accounts. bbkkk will not be obliged to honour winnings derived from a clearly erroneous technical outcome. All decisions made by bbkkk in respect of technical malfunction events are final.

Third-Party Content

Games and content provided on bbkkk by third-party software providers are subject to those providers' own technical standards and certification. bbkkk does not independently verify every RNG outcome but sources all game content from internationally certified providers. bbkkk's liability in respect of third-party game content is limited to the amount staked in the affected game round.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bbkkk, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the platform in violation of any applicable law; or (c) any fraudulent or prohibited conduct as described in these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bbkkk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
